I don't normally review products, but after trying Taxomate and A2X for 3 months, my frustration was high. ConnectBooks gives accurate COGS reporting, easy-to-read P&L reports by SKU including incidental charges like advertising on SKU level, and turn 4 hours work into 4 minutes. I am so glad I didn't stick it out with A2X as their COGS reporting is very cumbersome and didn't reflect my true cost. Both me and my accountant are now happy!

After trying several programs, I am in love with ConnectBooks, Integrates to QB and gives me an exact P&L report, broken down to each sku and includes ads per sku.

Advanced software but old fashion unparalleled Customer Service. You actually get to talk to a live human and they know their stuff cold.
